Village Clerk-Treasuer | Dawn McCann dmccann@gaysmills.org | The Clerk-Treasurer is responsible for preparing Village Board and committee agendas and minutes. She is also the custodian of records, organizes and oversees elections, prepares the tax roll, collects the first half of property taxes, maintains the financial record for the Village including payroll, payment of vouchers, invoicing of accounts, maintaining bank accounts, and overseeing utility billing and collections. The Village Clerk also issues licenses and some permits. The Village Office is the main contact with the public. |

Director of Public Works | Bob Robinson rrobinson@gaysmills.org | The Director of Public Works is responsible for the maintenance and repair of all Village equipment and property, including the water and sewer departments, parks, roads and streets, storm sewers and buildings owned or operated by the Village. He has supervision of road maintenance including, snow plowing, street cleaning and hydrant flushing. |
